This Agreement shall be referred to as the Carers ACT Employee Collective Agreement 2010 - Office Employees. This Agreement must be read in conjunction with the National Employment Standards (NES). If there is a conflict between a term of this Agreement and a term of the NES, then the provision that provides the greater benefit to the employee will prevail.
