This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made this day of , 2014, by Town of Herndon, Virginia (the “Town” or “Herndon”), by and through the Town Council for the Town of Herndon (the “Town Council”), and the County of Loudoun, Virginia (“Loudoun”), by and through the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors (the “Loudoun Board of Supervisors”), (together, the “Parties”), pursuant to Title 15.2, Chapter 34 (§ 15.2-3400 et seq.) of the Code of Virginia (1950), as amended (the “Code”).
