This Agreement contains the general terms, conditions and disclosures related to the non-interest-bearing demand deposit account (the “Account”) made available to eligible consumers by Blue Ridge Bank, N.A. (the “Bank”). Bank has retained Accrue Money, Inc. (dba Accrue Savings) (“Program Partner”) as its service provider to support and manage certain aspects of the Account.
