This Amendment (“Amendment”) effective as of January 1, 2022 (the “Amendment Effective Date”), is entered into by and between Goodrich Corporation, Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation and Rockwell Collins, Inc., each a part of Collins Aerospace, and their respective subsidiaries and affiliates (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Collins”) and the company referenced hereinbelow (including its subsidiaries and affiliates) (collectively, the “Supplier”).
