As used in this Agreement, “Project” means the design and construction of intelligent transportation system (ITS) improvements in the Duwamish and SODO areas of Seattle, to benefit the movement of freight and goods and enhance the use of other Port related facilities, as further described in Section 1. The Port and the City are also referred to in this Agreement collectively as “the Parties”, and individually as a “Party”.
