All deposits placed with Close Brothers Savings (part of Close Brothers Limited) are subject to our General Terms and Conditions and to these Product Terms and Conditions (both of which may vary from time to time). If there is any conflict between the General Terms and Conditions and these Product Terms and Conditions, the Product Terms and Conditions will apply.
