he/she has been advised that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool and that the undersigned and his/her family and guests will use the swimming pool at their own risk. The undersigned further acknowledges that his/her right to use the swimming pool may be suspended in the event of any violation of the Governing Documents of the Condominium by the undersigned, his/her family, or his/her guests or in the event of any unsafe conduct by such persons in connection with the use of the pool or related facilities. The undersigned hereby releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless the Unit Owners’ Association of the Condominium, its members, directors, officers, agents, employees, and contractors from and against any and all claims, damages, liability, and causes of action, including costs and attorney fees, arising from or related in any way to the use by the undersigned or by his/her family, guests, licensees or invitees of the swimming pool and related facilities at the Condominium.
