The promoter of this trading scheme in the UK is FM COSMETICS DISTRIBUTION UK. LTD of Craven House 40-44 Uxbridge Road – Ealing London W5 2BS which is referred to in this agreement as ‘FM COSMETICS DISTRIBUTION UK. LTD’. The products which are supplied and sold through this trading scheme are the goods described in the current FM COSMETICS DISTRIBUTION UK. LTD catalogue or otherwise distributed by FM World (‘Products’). Sales of the Products are made by FM COSMETICS DISTRIBUTION UK. LTD Business Partners who buy and sell products on their own account and participate in the scheme both as independent distributors and as introductory agents. An FM COSMETICS DISTRIBUTION UK. LTD Business Partner may participate as an Advertising Agent (Distributor) or a Preferred Customer. The only financial obligation of a Distributor Business Partner is to purchase a Starter Kit, and the Distributor Business Partner has no further annual ¬financial obligation and in particular has a free choice whether
