Parties. “Buyer” means Tribar Technologies, Inc, and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, or assignees or other entity issuing the Order, or issuing any order under any agreement or Order to which these terms and conditions are attached or referenced therein.1 “Seller” means the legal entity providing Goods and/or Services or otherwise performing work pursuant to the Order.
