WHEREAS it is the desire of the parties hereto set forth herein the agreement between them for the terms hereof in respect to rates of pay, wages, hours of employment and other conditions of employment to be observed by the parties hereto, and the employees covered hereby, and to provide a procedure for the prompt and equitable adjustment of grievances arising hereunder;
