This is an agreement made June 18, 2018, b y and between Monroe County, a municipal corporation with offices at the County Office Building, 39 West Main Street, Rochester, New York (hereinafter referred to as the “County”) and the Monroe County Federation of Social Workers, I.U.E.-C.W.A. 81381, A.F.L.-C.I.O., (hereinafter referred to as the “Federation”) located at 740 Driving Park Avenue, Suite A, Rochester, New York 14613.
