By this contract, made as of July 1, 2016, the Dudley-Charlton Regional District ("the District"), and Kathleen E. Pastore, ("the Principal"), pursuant to and subject to the requirements ofM.G.L. Chapter 71, Sections 41 and 59B, agree as follows: 1. EmploymentThe Dudley-Charlton Regional District hereby employs Kathleen E. Pastore as principal within the public schools of Dudley and Charlton and the principal hereby accepts employment of the following terms and conditions. 2. AssignmentThe principal is assigned to Heritage School for the 2016-2017 school year. The superintendent of schools shall have the discretion, following consultation with the principal, to reassign or transfer the principal to another position within the district should the need arise. 3. TermThe term of this contract is for three fiscal years, commencing July 1, 2016, and ending June 30, 2019, namely fiscal years 2017, 2018, and 2019.
