This Agreement is between the Bay of Quinte Yacht Club (BQYC) and , for the use of the Facilities on (date) . The rental charges are itemized on the attached Fee Schedule. The security deposit as detailed on the Fee Schedule is required upon the signing of this agreement; this deposit will be returned via cheque, within 14 days of the inspection of the building and grounds by an approved BQYC representative.
