MFFInvestment Program On behalf of Mongolia, the Government of Mongolia (GOM) is committed to implementing the Ulaanbaatar Urban Services and Ger1 Areas Development Investment Program (the program) in line with the Urban Services Development Road Map. The program and road map are described in Schedule 1 to this FFA. The estimated total cost of implementing the program is $320 million equivalent between 2014 and 2023. Multitranche Financing Facility The multitranche financing facility (MFF, the Facility) is intended to finance projects under the program, provided that such projects comply with the criteria set out in Schedule 4 and that understandings set out in this FFA are complied with.
