The terms and conditions of this Agreement apply to the licensing of Software and the provision of Maintenance and Services by MSC to Customer hereunder. From time to time, Software licenses, Maintenance and/or Services may be acquired under this Agreement by Customer’s submittal and MSC’s acceptance of an Order Schedule incorporating this Agreement. Each mutually agreed upon Order Schedule shall become an integral part of this Agreement. 1 ÚVOD. Podmínky této Smlouvy se vztahují na udělení licence na Software a poskytování Údržby a Služeb společnos í MSC Zákazníkovi, jak je uvedeno níže. Čas od času mohou být licence na Software, Údržbu a nebo Služby nabyty podle této Smlouvy na základě předložení návrhu Rozpisu objednávky Zákazníkem a akceptace ze strany společnosti MSC. Každý oboustranně dohodnutý Rozpis objednávky se stane nedílno
