This Amendment No. 2 the (“Amendment”) shall be deemed effective upon Commission approval pursuant to Section 252 of the Act (the “Effective Date”) by and between Verizon Maryland Inc. (“Verizon”), a Maryland Corporation with offices at 1 East Pratt Street, Baltimore, Maryland 21202, and Baltimore Washington Telephone Company (“BWT”), a Maryland Corporation with offices at 312 Laurel Avenue, Laurel, Maryland 20707. Verizon and BWT being referred to collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a "Party". This Amendment covers services in the State of Maryland (the “State”).
