In order to realize the goals of Education 2030 - “to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all”, with the strong support of UNESCO Headquarters, UNESCO-ICHEI took the lead to have initiated the International Institute of Online Education (IIOE). IIOE aims to carry out blended and online learning with the use of information communication technologies (ICT), and by relying on the higher education institutions in developing countries in Asia Pacific and Africa, through providing open and online course resources and teacher training, IIOE aims to cultivate digital talents who meet the needs of the times. Upon friendly negotiation, Party A and Party B have reached the following agreement.
