This Settlement Agreement is made by and between Kiawah Island Utility, Inc. (“KIU” or “the Company”), the Town of Kiawah Island (“Town”), the Kiawah Island Community Association, Inc. (“KICA”), and the South Carolina Office of Regulatory Staff (“ORS”), (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” or sometimes individually as a “Party”).
