The purpose of this contract is to define the working conditions that apply when assigning an employee to a specific project. This contract must be considered in addition to the employee’s existing Employment Contract or be considered an amendment for a specified period of time to the working conditions contained in the Employment Contract. In the event of any conflict between the terms of the Employment Contract and the Assignment Contract, the latter will take precedence.
