SHORT FORM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN OWNER AND ENGINEERShort Form Agreement • March 22nd, 2023
This an Agreement between the City of Panama City, a Florida municipal corporation (Owner) and Panhandle Engineering, Inc. (PE), a Florida Corporation (Engineer). Owner's Project, of which Engineer's services under this Agreement are a part, is generally identified as PC23-024 Professional Services for 4337-4-Pt Watershed Master Plan for the City of Panama City, a Disaster Recovery Office project (Project). Engineer's services under this Agreement (Services) are generally identified as providing comprehensive engineering services necessary to conduct a city-wide vulnerability assessment, but not limited to data inventory and collection, flood modeling, creating an action plan to produce a watershed master plan for credit under the Community Rating System (CRS). PE will utilize Florida Atlantic University (FAU) as a subconsultant for modeling services.
