This Generating System Interconnection Agreement is entered into by and between Dakota Electric Association (Dakota Electric) “ ” and the Interconnection Customer “ ”. The Interconnection Customer and Dakota Electric are sometimes also referred to in this Agreement jointly as “Parties” or individually as “Party”.
