In consideration of the mutual covenants set forth herein, this Lease (hereafter the term “Lease” and Agreement” are used interchangeably) is entered into this day of , between Market South Management, (agent of “Owner/Landlord,” hereinafter “Management”) and , (hereinafter “Tenant”).
