This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into this of January 2012 between the following parties: The Factory, An Advertising Design Company (hereinafter called “Company”), 5534 Tannery Road, Schnecksville, PA 18078 and Parkland School District (hereinafter called “School District”), 1210 Springhouse Road, Allentown, PA 18104. (Company and School District shall also be known herein singularly as “party” and collectively as “the parties”).
