In consideration of the payment of the premium and subject to the terms, conditions, exceptions and exclusions of this policy, The Guardrisk Insurance Company Limited agrees to indemnify the Insured against the insured events, as hereinafter provided, occurring during the period of insurance, but not exceeding the limits of indemnity as indicated in the certificate of insurance. 1.
