The "General Terms and Conditions for Storage Services" (hereinafter referred to as "GTCS") of Uniper Energy Storage are an integral part of this contract. The GTCS ruling at the time the contract is concluded can be consulted on the website of Uniper Energy Storage (https://www.uniper.energy/energy-storage-uniper/infocenter/publications) and a copy can be posted to the Storage Customer on request. Deviating General Terms and Conditions of the Storage Customer shall not apply even if Uniper Energy Storage does not expressly contradict those conditions.
