This Agreement will expire on 31 December 2015 or unless previously terminated by either Party in accordance with Clause 6.3 or 6.4 below or unless terminated by all Parties together following the closing of the finally audited accounts of the event as approved by European Athletics and the settling of all rights and obligations under this agreement.
