The purpose of this Agreement is to provide orderly Collective Bargaining Relations between the Employer and the Union, to secure prompt and fair disposition of grievances, to eliminate interruptions of work and interference with the efficient operation of the Employer’s business. Both parties agree to cooperate together to achieve these goals of mutual interest.
