This ParkMobile Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Parkmobile, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with offices at 1100 Spring St. NW, Ste 200, Atlanta, GA 30309 (“ParkMobile”) and City of Gulf Shores, an Alabama municipality, with offices at 1905 W. 1st Street, Gulf Shores, AL 36547 (“Client”). This Agreement will become effective as of the last signature date below (the “Effective Date”).
