This project is subject to the prevailing wage rate requirements of Chapter 2258 of the Government Code. The Contractor shall pay Fort Bend County sixty dollars ($60.00) for each worker employed by the Contractor for the provision of services described herein for each calendar day or part of the day that the worker is paid less than the below stated rates.
