The Grantor will provide financial assistance to the Grantee to purchase miscellaneous capital items to assist with the implementation of the Cat Act 2011 subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Grantor has agreed to provide a grant from the Department’s Consolidated Revenue Fund.
