This IDBI Bank PayApt User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“you,” “your”) and IDBI Bank, service providers, processors, suppliers or licensors (or their respective affiliates, agents, directors or employees)) collectively termed “IDBI Bank PayApt” and governs your use of the IDBI Bank PayApt Mobile Money Account and Payment Services (“IDBI Bank PayApt Services/Services”).
