THIS USER AGREEMENT (‘User Agreement”) is made by and between the CITY OF WEATHERFORD, a municipality situated in the State of Texas (hereinafter referred to as “City”) acting by and through its duly authorized City Council or appointees, and WEATHERFORD MOUNTAIN BIKE CLUB, a Texas non-profit organization (hereinafter referred to as “WMBC”), acting by and through its duly authorized President.
