By signing this agreement, the undersigned and their invitees agree to waive any claims or demands, whether in law or in equity, arising out of the use of the Valpo Park sports fields including, but not limited to, claims for personal injury and property damage. The undersigned and their invitees further agree to indemnify and hold Valpo Parks harmless from all claims or demands, whether in law or in equity, that may arise out of the use of Valpo Parks property.
