This Agreement is entered into by the City of Philomath, Oregon, hereinafter referred to as the City, and the Philomath Police Personnel Association, hereinafter referred to as the Association, for the purpose provided in ORS 243.650 through 243.782. In the event of a conflict between a provision of the Agreement and a rule or regulation of the City, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
