SPORTS OFFICIATING AGREEMENTSouth Texas College South Texas College, a public institution of higher education created under Texas law (“STC”), and ("Contractor") agree that the following terms and conditions will apply to the services provided under this Sports Officiating Agreement ("Agreement”). This Agreement shall besigned by both parties and shall be effective on the date of the last signature (“Effective Date”). 1. ENGAGEMENT AND SERVICES 1.1 STC hereby engages the Contractor for officiating services during the time periods as more fully described in Attachment A, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference(“Services”). 2. FEES AND EXPENSES 2.1 In consideration for providing the Services, the Contractor shall receive the fees as set forth inAttachment A. 2.2 Unless otherwise specified in Attachment A, STC shall not reimburse the Contractor for anyexpenses or costs incurred in providing the Services. 2.3 The Contractor is not entitled to receive any compensation
