This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Settlement Agreement” or “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Marian Caldwell Powell, Leniox Campbell, Leslie Green, Nicole Prochnow, and Thomas Davis (“Plaintiffs”), individually and on behalf of Settlement Class Members (as defined herein), and Afni, Inc.
