"Operational Balancing Agreement" or "OBA" is a contract between parties which specifies the procedures to manage operating balances at an interconnect. 28. "Operational Flow Order" or "OFO" is an order issued pursuant to Section 12 of these General Terms and Conditions. 29. "Payment Due Date" means the 25th day of each month. If the Payment Due Date is not a Business Day, then payment must be received by Transporter or by the financial institution so designated by Transporter for payment, on or before the first Business Day immediately prior to the Payment Due Date. 30. "Person" means a natural person, sole proprietorship, firm, trust, trustee, executor, administrator or other legal personal representative, partnership, limited partnership, joint venture, syndicate, company or corporation with or without share capital, unincorporated association, regulatory body or agency, government of governmental agency, authority or entity however
