THIS CONTRACT, made this day of , 2014, by and between the Hays Trinity Groundwater Conservation District (the “DISTRICT”), a political subdivision located in Hays County, Texas, and the Hays County Elections Officer, (the “OFFICER”). The District and the Officer are sometimes hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
