This Recruiting Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Experian Services Corp., having a place of business at 475 Anton Blvd., Costa Mesa, CA 92626 (“Experian”), and the entity that has agreed to be bo und by this Agreement in connection with the process of onboarding such entity as a supplier of Experian (“Agency”); each sometimes referred to hereinafter as a "Party" and jointly as the "Parties."
