The purpose of this Agreement is to define the ownership and responsibilities, between the Merchant and the Saudi Investment Bank, with regard to the various components relating to the MADA-POS service, whereby a customer deals with a Merchant’s Outlet (Business Site/Branch) through a valid MADA Payment Card. إن الغرض من هذه الاتفاقية هو تعريف الملكيات والمسؤوليات بين التاجر والبنك السعودي للاستثمار فيما يتعلق بالعديد من العناصر المرتبطة بخدمة نقاط البيع التابعة للشبكة السعودية للمدفوعات؛ حيث يتعامل العميل مع منفذ بيع (موقع عمل/فرع) التاجر من خلال بطاقة مدفوعات سارية وتحمل شعار للشبكة السعودية للمدفوعات.
