This ParkMobile Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between Parkmobile, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, with offices at 1100 Spring St. NW, Ste 200, Atlanta, GA 30309 (“ParkMobile”) and Township of Cheltenham, PA, a Pennsylvania municipality, with offices at 8230 Old York Road, Elkins Park, PA 19027 (“Client”). This Agreement will become effective as of the last signature date below (the “Effective Date”).
