The Los Angeles Master Chorale Association (LAMC or EMPLOYER) and the American Guild of Musical Artists (AGMA) hereby agree that with respect to the LIGHTSCAPE Project (LIGHTSCAPE), more specifically defined herein, the terms and conditions of the Standard Concert Singers Collective Bargaining Agreement (BASIC AGREEMENT) currently in effect shall apply unless expressly modified herein. The following express terms and conditions shall be applicable to LIGHTSCAPE and shall supersede and take precedence over any conflicting provisions in the COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT.
