The of this Agreement is to set forth the rights of the parties and the rules concerning wages, hours of work and working conditions, which will apply between the parties. It is recognized by this Agreement to be the duty of the Company and the employees to co-operate fully so provide for the operation of the services of the Company in a manner which will further to the fullest extent possible, the safety, efficiency and profitability of the operation, and the continuation of employment under reasonable working conditions.
