Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated (“Stifel”) is pleased to serve as Municipal Advisor to Greater Salt Lake Municipal Services District, Utah (the “District”). As you know, on September 9, 2021, the District entered into an agreement with Stifel (the “Agreement”). The Agreement had a term of two (2) years with the option to extend for an additional two (2) years. We respectfully request that the District extend the Agreement for another two (2) years, ending on September 2, 2025. Future extensions and transaction compensation will be mutually agreed upon in writing using separate correspondence.
