Tenant hereby rents from Landlord the above-referenced storage unit (the “Unit”), situated in Cass County, North Dakota. Rental begins on and ends on . At the end of the initial rental term, this agreement shall be automatically extended on a calendar month-to-month basis, unless and until Tenant provides Landlord with a Proper Notice to Terminate this agreement.
