THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into on this day of [INSERT DATE] by and between Karl Dorrell (“Dorrell”) and the Regents of the University of Colorado, a body corporate, (the “University”) on behalf of the University of Colorado Boulder’s (“CU Boulder”) Department of Intercollegiate Athletics (the “Athletics Department”). Dorrell and University are collectively referred to herein as (“Parties”).
