This MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING (“MOU”) is entered into as of August 15, 2013 by and among the City and County of San Francisco (the “City”) operating by and through the Port Commission (the “Port”), the San Francisco America's Cup Organizing Committee (the "ACOC"), a non-profit corporation, and the City, operating by and through the Department of Economic and Workforce Development (the “Department” and together with the Port and ACOC, the “Parties”) to memorialize the understandings, obligations, commitments and expectations of the Parties relating to the referenced donor recognition program on Port property (the “Pilot Program”).
