This Collective Bargaining Agreement is entered into by and between the Commander, Navy Region Hawaii, Joint-Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Hawaii, hereinafter referred to as the Employer, and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW), Local 1186 and the National Association of Government Employee (NAGE), Local R12-556, hereinafter referred to as the Union or the Unions, and hereinafter collectively referred to as the parties.
