Group Tour Agreement and Reservation FormGroup Tour Agreement • July 27th, 2022
All group tour reservations must be received and confirmed at least two weeks in advance. The signed form and a 50% non-refundable reservation deposit must be received in order to confirm reservation. Guided tours cannot be guaranteed for reservations within three weeks of the scheduled tour date. Group tour participation numbers are set at the time of reservation. If your participant number decreases on the date of your tour, no refund will be given and the total at the time of reservation must be paid in full. Additional participants must be paid for accordingly. Please make checks payable to Catalina Museum. Plan to arrive 10 minutes prior to you rescheduled tour time.
