Your Subscription to E-Learning is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the documents we refer to (as updated by us from time to time) which form a legally binding contract between you and us (the “Agreement”). You should read this Agreement carefully in full before accessing or using the E-Learning. You indicate that you agree to all the terms of this Agreement from the earliest date you tick a box or click on a button (or something similar) to signify your acceptance, or you access or use the E-Learning. If you don't accept this Agreement, you should contact us immediately and not access or use the E-Learning in any way.
